Sandra Crouch is a poet,

multi-genre artist, traveler & mother.

Hello. My writing has been published in Anacapa Review, HAD, Jet Fuel Review, MER Literary, Nimrod, Rogue Agent, Rust+Moth, SWWIM, The Ekphrastic Review, Unlost, VIBE, and West Trestle Review.

I believe the universe holds infinite possibility for creativity. I know it's possible to move through any world—even this one—as a poet & to trust the artist within.

I've written poetry since I was 12 years old. Writing was my first love, a dream I didn't know I could shape into something real. As a grown up, I spent years living overseas while designing interiors & scenic painting & art directing international music videos, commercials & films.

Shortly after I returned to America I stepped away from production and got a Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology, with an emphasis in Consciousness, Health & Healing.

This was followed shortly by becoming a mom.  After a long stint focused on my family & walking a healing journey, I realized that I could no longer ignore the song of my heart. I returned to my first love: the page. I began submitting poems to literary journals & bought my first flatbed letterpress printing press.

I've recently moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where I work as a floral & event designer & live with my husband, two children, two cats & an inordinate amount of houseplants
